Under his stewardship, Frostees has expanded its footprint significantly, combining traditional automotive businesses with large-scale skill development initiatives aligned with national programs, while also embracing digital transformation and market-led innovation.

Beyond his corporate role, Nitin Himatsingka is actively engaged in the social sector as a Board Member at MHF, where he contributes strategic oversight and sectoral expertise to advance the foundation’s mission. His involvement reflects a broader commitment to employability, vocational training and workforce development across India. Subhasish Agambagish is an IT professional and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience, having successfully delivered multiple remarkable projects for the pharmaceutical industry and Indian Railways. After witnessing the severe impact of unemployment during the COVID-19 pandemic, he entered the CSR and skill development sector in late 2020. As GM – Strategy & Operations, he has led and executed numerous impactful skill development initiatives focused on employment generation and social upliftment. His vision is to build a more responsible, employment-driven, and cleaner civic society by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and giving back to the community.

Abhishek Khanra is an experienced operations and skill development professional currently serving as General Manager – Operations at Mukesh Himatsingka Foundation. Based in Kolkata, he plays a pivotal role in leading multi-location training and livelihood projects focused on youth empowerment and sustainable employment generation.

With a strong background in program execution, stakeholder coordination, and workforce development, he has been actively involved in implementing impactful CSR and skill development initiatives across sectors such as automotive, healthcare, and technical trades. He works closely with industry partners, training centres, and placement teams to ensure quality training delivery and successful employment outcomes for candidates.

Bimbita Saha is a skilled professional in quality assurance, monitoring, and management information systems with extensive experience in the skill development and CSR implementation sector. Currently associated with Mukesh Himatsingka Foundation, she plays a vital role in ensuring program quality, compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational monitoring across multiple projects.

With over seven years of experience in managing CSR and skill development initiatives, she has developed strong expertise in data management, project coordination, beneficiary tracking, and performance monitoring. Her work focuses on strengthening organizational systems, improving reporting mechanisms, and supporting outcome-driven implementation practices.

Ratan Shit is an emerging professional in Management Information Systems (MIS) and data management, currently associated with Mukesh Himatsingka Foundation. In his role as Manager, MIS – Process Controller, he is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, reporting systems, and operational dashboards that support effective decision-making across organizational programs and projects.

He has experience in handling project data management, monitoring systems, documentation, and analytical reporting for skill development and livelihood initiatives. His work contributes significantly to streamlining operational processes, ensuring timely reporting, and strengthening organizational transparency and efficiency.

Liton Bala is an experienced placement and industry engagement professional associated with Mukesh Himatsingka Foundation. As General Manager – Placement, he plays a key role in connecting skilled youth with employment opportunities across multiple industries, helping bridge the gap between training and sustainable livelihoods.

With a strong understanding of workforce development and employer engagement, he has been actively involved in organizing placement drives, developing industry partnerships, and supporting employment-linked skill development initiatives. His work focuses on ensuring successful candidate career guidance, and placement coordination for beneficiaries across various CSR and skilling projects.

Mr. Ashim Podder is a seasoned finance professional and a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, compliance, strategic planning, and corporate governance. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Mukesh Himatsingka Foundation, he brings deep expertise in budgeting, taxation, auditing, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance. His commitment to transparency, operational excellence, and social impact contributes significantly to the Foundation’s mission of empowering communities through skill development and inclusive growth.
